Can I crop to a specific aspect ratio?
Yes. Choose from preset aspect ratios (1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 3:2) or use "Free" mode for unconstrained cropping. The crop area will automatically maintain the selected ratio.
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. All cropping is done locally in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. Your images never leave your device.
What is the output quality?
The cropped image maintains the original image resolution within the crop area. For JPEG and WebP output, a quality of 92% is used to keep the file size reasonable while maintaining excellent visual quality.
Can I enter exact crop dimensions?
Currently, cropping is done visually by dragging the crop area and handles on the canvas. The exact dimensions are displayed below the canvas so you can see the precise crop size.
